Chris, the similarities between APCO and MTON are very interesting. Both companies strive to offer top quality service at a premium price.
APCO offers soup to nuts automobile and motor home insurance while MTON offers top notch information services for mobile phones.

The differences between the two companies is also very interesting.
APCO has a small market share and is comfortable growing at a consistent 30-35% pace, adding new customers while retaining existing accounts. MTON is the largest non telco offering 411 services and has grown at a tremendous pace and will have to continue to fight against the small start-ups as well as the large telcos while APCO has carved out a niche for themselves. APCO has virtually no competiton and would not be affected by any competition because there is a large slice of market share available for the type of service offered by APCO.

APCO hit a technical bottom last week and anyone following the stock recognized it. Jack's Picks put out an alert on Wed. morning and the 3 Amigos put the alert on this thread on Tues. night. Wed. and Thurs. the stock rocked. Short term traders capitalized on the opportunity driving the price down on Fri. but there were no changes in the fundamentals.

I remember that when Doug first mentioned MT0N, the stock had no analyst coverage or institutional following. MTON has certainly attracted institutional and analyst attention. There is no question that the company has made great strides, but it is important to measure MTON against its own gameplan if one is going to invest or remain an investor in MTON.
