All the ICC post say's is the following: "We are not investment advisors, don't call us and ask if it is a good time to buy or sell the stock. We are not licensed nor trained to offer investment advice. For this type of information you need to contact an Investment Advisor." "On the other hand, if you want information on the company (facts only, no opinions), that the company has disseminated to us, please feel free to call." This of course is the way I have interpreted the post. In all appearances, it looks like ICC has been dilluged with calls asking them whether they (the caller) should buy or sell. ICC simply does not have the capacity (legally or morally) to offer that type of advice. The post states this plainly and the post was just a way of putting an end to these types of calls. bb
