I called the co. yesterday. The vote next week was hopefully to give them the right to reverse split later on after price is moved up and not before but Dick seemed dubious as to wether this reverse-split would happen or if it was even necessary especially if appeal to SEC re. de-listing is successful. The appeal outcome could still take several months but I think is definitely worth holding on for. I mentioned 12:1 reverse split as being a possibility as I beleive that was mentioned in a prior press release but was told even that was a bit severe and if a reverse split is considered they would be more interested in a 6:1 reverse split to get $5 share price . I found this very encouraging. This would require stock to be trading at approx 80c. a share . Even a 12:1 reverse split would require Scti to be trading at approx. 40cents a share which should be encouraging to shareholders concerned about reverse splits as they would be able to get out at 40-80c before it happens if it happens .In the meantime SCTI is working to increase shareholder value with great sales, finacials, next one due in August,All products on the shelves in all the big stores for first time ever. The new line being released in August and expecting great sales by Xmas and hopefully successful appeal to SEC before Xmas too.
I agree with aadvisory.com that scti is - a strong hold.
