To all: There will soon be two new resources for researching insider trades:

1) The VSE releases phase II of their new web site on July 6. This will normally be by
subscription, but they are allowing free access for the near future. It will have all insider
trades for VSE listed companies plus a whole lot more.

2) The BCSC will be releasing a search feature within the next few weeks to a month.
You will be able to search both by company name and a person's name to find insider
trading data. (currently you have to download the file and scroll through it) It will have
data on companies that report to the BCSC (i.e. lots more than just VSE companies.)

Given current regulations for reporting insider trades, they can't produce data any
sooner than you get it currently. They are still "after the fact" services.
