While doing my own DD on CADE, there were two issues that concerned me and I was hoping that someone could provide some clarification.

1. A major issue is what appears to be significant insider selling over the last several months by Molly Cade and John Harden. Who are these people and what are their relationships to the company? Are they in positions to have true inside information? Finally, what is the situation with these sells, and if CADE has the potential to continue the outstanding growth in earnings and revenues (as I believe it does), then why would they be selling?

2. A minor issue is that CADE is carrying a high debt to equity ratio of 0.41, with a low cash to share ratio of 0.03. With the outstanding earnings and revenues, this strikes me as odd. Anybody have any perspective on this issue?

Having asked these questions, let me say that the numbers for CADE look about as good as I've seen for any company lately. I also give credit to the Amigo thread for bringing CADE to my attention.

I believe that a good target buy in price is around 3 3/8, given that 3 1/4 seems to be the bottom of CADE's trading range over the last two months and it is nearing that bottom now. At least, that's my goal for next week once I get a better understanding of the insider selling issue.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
