Dick: I see it this way. First, yes we are all bumming about the stock price; You're bumming, I'm bumming, and the company people are bumming as they are the largest shareholders of all (I believe). Some great sounding releases, and we appear to be no further along then when we started. However, IMO you must look at QSTI at least on two levels: The stock price, yes, but also on a level that is just the Company itself. Understand that these guys in large part started their own industry, and for the last several years, have been engaged in what seems to be strictly R/D on that industry. While it is typical, at least in myself, to care less about the "Company" and more about the price of its stock, I think that we must switch that tendency in this case. I forced myself to take a step back on this one several months ago when the alleged big "FOX" deal did not materialize as quickly as we all believed it would. Following the price of the stock every minute of every day was driving me crazy (and in turn I know I was driving the Company crazy with my continued complaining phone calls). So I took a step back and looked at the "Company" much the same way I would look at my own business which I own and run.... yes be concerned about the here and now, but don't be so short sighted that you don't allow yourself to really see what effects today's actions will have on tommarrow. Convincing myself that this is the proper was to address my newly adopted project, I looked first backwards to where the company had come from, then were they had gotten to, and where I truly believe they will be in a few months and over the next year or so. I agree, it is very frustrating to believe so much in a company, to get so much promising news, and to not see a direct, IMMEDIATE impact upon the stock price. But if you look at the situation from the point of view of the Company succeeding in it's R/D, which will be followed by bringing the product to market, perhaps it will allow you to see that this company has formed a solid base, and is building on it. Either I've swallowed not only the worm but the whole hook as well and I've been fooled, or I'm on target, and as the Company grows from the R/D and into the market place (and into the homes of the public at large), the stock price WILL follow in its growth. Maybe I'm a fool; I hope not. Regardless, I am a believer in this company. I started in this years ago and was hoping like all investors/gamblers that this baby would take off the day after I bought in and make me rich. As we know, that did not happen, yet. I've continued to buy more stock while lowering my basis. I've seen what I believe to me significant growth in the R/D development and strengthening of the Corporation as an entity itself (structure, organization, management). While we would all love more revenues to be pouring in (trust me the Company would love it too), an R/D company doesn't get the cash first, they need to develop the product first and then get the cash second. It's my opinion that some of the product(s) are here now (Sup II) and other are still in the R/D stage. The cash is coming. I think that each investor needs to make up their minds whether they have confidence in the Company, forgetting the stock price right now. If you have confidence in the Company, hell, buy more stock because the price will be going up as this Company continues to grow and expand. I'm keeping my eye on the Company, they're the real "beef."

On a different note, I was able to go to the baseball game last night and see my beloved Red Sox against the Marlins down here in Florida. I love this interleague play.
