Claims are made with full knowledge of their falsehood; when events don't develop as stated Cowpland claims ignorance of the facts at the time of the statements. We can fill pages with examples but most recently we have Cowpland had strong words for anyone considering layoffs: NO WAY, or words to that effect. So was he lying or simply ignorant? I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt and go with abject ignorance. After all, wasn't that the case when he was gloating about the stellar progress the company was making prior to dumping his shares into a bad quarter? The bottom line is nothing this man says is worth spit. Shareholders are doing themselves a grave disservice in not being more vocal about having him removed from office. He's not a corporate officer, he's a corporate clown financing a collection of circus acts with your money.
