Tom ,

We live in a most interesting time !

Looking back over 40 years, Ralph Cramden drove his bus route thru the streets of Bronx , while his Bowling buddy, Ed Norton , sloshed around the Sewer lines of lower Manhattan. We caught it all on little black and white Television without a gizmo called a remote control clicker.. ( we had never heard the word couch potato )

Here it is 1998 and we are lowering remote micro-video cameras to check our lateral sewer lines ? Is that progress ?

Who would have thought that companies such as Dussek-Campbell would now be formulating organic fillers into waxes as part of the CIPP renovation process for broken sewer lines ? dc-yates.com

Tom, as you can see, there are several methods available to get the job done depending on which application is feasible . ( FIPP....CIPP....Digging & replacing or the Insituform method...http://www.insituform.com/

As for the growth potential of ITXX, mergers and acquisitions seem to be one of their avenues since there are many " trenchless " companies to choose from including Directional Drilling contractors........Mictotunneling Contractors.......Pipe Relining companies......Pipe Inspection and Cleaning companies......Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers..( Grout and Epoxy Suppliers such as Avanti Int. Keep in mind many of these large Contracting Companies are well established " Privately owned " businesses and I stress the words privately owned.

Many large East Coast Cities are now interested in granting Demonstration Contracts to companies such as Infrastruture Tech.

~~~ stay tuned for further developments ~~~~~
