Back to the market...Never used a stop loss in my life. (Against conventional wisdom) has cost me dearly at times also. In defense of Osprey, a stop loss keeps emotion from clouding the judgement. When a stock or commodity is dropping, human nature makes you want to wait and "SEE IF IT WILL COME BACK" famous last words in some cases.
