Actually I had heard that they have also been trying to rent it for
quite some time now and haven't had any takers either. Quite a shame
as the building is gorgeous - doesn't look right sitting there
with its half-empty parking lots.

I, for one, must agree with Steve. No (sane) person would want to
make the drive to Scotts Valley. It's pure hell. And considering
the number of companies that are expanding at a tremendous rate
(and therefore occupying new spaces) and NOT taking Borland up on
their offer....
