If you really want to get into level-II trading then RealTickIII software is the only way to go. Its level-II implementation is superior to StockEdge because it has far more features. Also, you can click directly on the MM's prices to automatically load a price into your order - then one more click to buy or sell.

I used StockEdge for exactly 2 days of the free trial - its pretty lame. Even ATFI is better. But RealTickIII is the best.

Several brokers offer RealTick - I use mbtrading.com because they seem to have their act together. Also, they offer more "routes" than anyone else i.e. ISLD, Selectnet, ARCA, SOES.
