*UPDATED CHARTS* Four charts have been updated. The Summation Index MAY be starting an improved look. This week's performance is crucial to this indicator's possible turn. IMO. The Russell 2000 also has the makings of a turn. Rallies in this index have started when the ROC is below the trigger line. Both FORE and MRE continue to impress me.
