Two basic type of questions and comments that been raised several times on the thread and are very appropriate. The first one was in a private post to me and stated in part:

"All the excitement is circling around the web site which may be of value but only face value. The company needs to issue a press release on how they are planning to make their numbers, and how many customers they are expecting by the end of the year etc."

The second was along the same lines and posted again today in post # 2633 by Rickd1 and again in part:
Message 5038264

"What happened? FNTN's press release (of last January if believe) said they would be reporting by the end of the second quarter? (that nagging voice in my head is starting to get louder).
I am beginning to question the follow through of management. UNDER PROMISE and OVER DELIVER should be the modus operandi not the opposite.
I am holding on because I really believe in the concept, I am not sold on the management/execution yet."

I believe that I will have to wait just a little while longer for all of my questions to be answered for the following reasons. The following are only my opinions.

1. The end of the second quarter will not be complete until June 30.
2. It will take a little time after that before any final financial statements are complete and ready for release to investors and general public for that matter.
3. Company management has told us that they are working towards becoming a fully reporting company and I trust that statement.
4. The web site we are all talking about in my opinion will not be for the public at large but was answered to my satisfaction by Michael Sheppard in an e-mail (6/22/98) to me and he stated in part: " I can not comment on the technology, but each client will have their own content. The technology works for anyone who is a client of FNTN. I can only hope people out there are patient. I will not deliver an unacceptable product, because some folks are antsy. We are almost there. If anyone wants to speak w/me they can reach me @ 1.914.693.5060. I hope all is well with you and again thank you very much for your support."
5. I personally for now believe that FNTN management is doing what needs to be done and are being honest with it's investors. If this trust should happen to be proved wrong (which I doubt) that would shed a whole new light on my views.
6. They are all questions that need answers as soon as possible. I like other FNTN investors will be awaiting good news.
7. That FNTN needs time to complete what needs completing so they can continue to grow on a solid foundation.
8. The growth of other Internet stocks has taken time, I refer you to one of my previous post where I stated my view on that. Message 4947157 You do not build something good overnight and these are prime examples of that.
9. Finally, I bought Financial Intranet, Inc. knowing full well that it was a BB stock and entailed many risks as well as huge possible rewards.

So for what it is worth I understand most of the concerns that have been shared on the thread, because I have them also. But I personally will just abide my time while I await good news.

FNTN Long,
