Cheryl, does it really matter that IR responded to Bill directly or to another poster inquiring about the loans?>

No. What matters to ME is the implication that I personally am involved with a stock promotion scheme. At this point it is not libel. I had to give Wexler notice. Should he continue to imply directly or indirectly, without facts, that I am involved in a stock promotion scheme, then that does become libel.

<Bill's point was that IR did in fact respond regarding loans that Bill had questioned.>

No, that was not Bill's point. This was Bill's point.

<... A few hours later I get a response from TAVA's investor relations!!!! The reason I mentioned that my "fraud detectors" have now kicked in is because this email exchange suggests that TAVA investor relations may be a little ... ahhh ... overenthusiastic and perhaps a bit paranoid. I'll leave it up to the reader to decide.> BILL WEXLER

Bill can interpret the loans any way he wants to. It's his right. But, I do have a problem with the implication of fraud just because TAVA's IR guy responded privately to an email from an individual investor, who chose to post it publicly on SI. And in turn, someone cuts & pasts the information a week later to Wexler.

<I don't think the courts, the SEC or SI will be too concerned with the opinions given in his posts.>

I agree with you. But, he crossed over the line when he included me personally. I just needed to lay the groundwork and create a paper trail, should it be necessary for me to personally take legal action down the road. My concern here isn't TAVA, it's my reputation.

I consider this matter dropped.
