Well- I have to agree on all but the gold stocks-- they will tank with the rest of the market!

BUT-- then they will go WAY up!

I have a giant list of oil and gas stocks-- mainly I look at how the industry is going as a whole-- industry meaning smaller companies that buy properties from majors or what MTEI is doing-- land banking oil and gas properties.

The time is perfect to buy oil/gas properties-- oil is about at it's bottom-- OPEC restricting-- mild winters that will be normal, hot summers, gas guzzler cars, etc....

But, gold is too political for me-- I will buy those with ALL my cash when blood is in the streets.

Right now I am looking for BB's (or small Nasdaq) that have a good business plan and good management. I want 2-5-10 baggers not 20% a year (assuming no crash).

I think I have found that with MTEI-- I know you are bashing-- but if you do the DD it is a kosher company-- just young and now just crawling. But, like any BB it is SPECULATION.

JC is not involved-- and all checks out OK in Houston-- next step is that I am going there to meet them in person and take a look at their business plan and properties and goals and people in detail...
