Patrick,
I doesn't take long to accumulate a list of mistakes this company has made or been associated with. The incidents you have sighted, although true and still unanswered, are part of the previous administration. I can't hold a grudge against bad business decisions made by a group of managers no longer employed. Accountability starts with Ken and Cal. Admittedly, the fibre channel market has fallen behind, for various reasons alluded to here before...but the fact remains, Ancor has fallen behind every manufacturer of switches. Most certainly from a sales standpoint, and now we wonder, perhaps in technology. We deserve to know why and what they are doing to correct it. I strongly suggested an emergency board meeting to formulate a plan to either get this company on track or find a buyer and sell the company. If what is going on is due to unsubstantiated rumors, than let the investors know about it. That was one of the reasoning behind coming clean about the loss of SUN. There are enough people angry about what is happening that Ancor can no longer choose to ignore them. I am really sick and tired of hearing about how they can't say this or that because they are a public company. No one is asking them to lie, hype, or mislead anyone. Just give us a few facts about what they are doing and what kind of result they are getting. I am beginning to wonder if there is anything inside the MKII. When you were at Ancor, Craig...did you ask to see what is looked like with the cover off? Write to these people and tell them you want to know what they are doing with OUR company. |
