Gerald, the price is low recently because people are not sure yet how to evaluate 1) Y2K demand, and 2) Earnings beyond 2000. SEEC has both these items covered solid, but that is where the fear is anyway. And that is why this is a good investment opportunity. If everyone could evaluate the conditions and set a price easily, then this would be more like buying a large, boring utility company. :-)
