Hi Phil,

I think your comments express many of the stockholders feelings. I've been investing in ATCT for the past 12 months partially because of statements made during the conference calls. I am also troubled by the comments on IQI profitability.

That said, and as your post is about honesty, I would like to express my honest feelings about the company and its management.

The problems at ATCT were caused by AT&T, not management. I think management responded to the crisis well when they immediately turned to gain new business and cut costs.
If ATCT is profitable this quarter, it is no small achievement considering the plight of its competitors.

Generally speaking, I feel Wall Street was tougher on ATCT then its competitors. I also have some compassion (not a whole lot) for Michael Santry. As I posted earlier, it appears his equity position in ATCT has gone from $50 million to zero. In spite of this, he appears to have led a successful turnaround.

On Tuesday, I believe the merger will occur and control of the company will pass to the Thayer group. Wall Street seems to like the merger as the increase in stock price this week demonstrates.

I conclude with, "What a long strange trip its been"

Best of luck to all of us,

Steven
