At first only a few Jews accepted Jesus. Afer the outpouring of the Holy Spirit the rest of the remanant of real Isaraelites were saved. "And so All Israel will be saved " meant that all the ramnant of true Israelites would be saved.
We see five thousand saved during only one of Peter's messages. Later we see a "multitude of Jewish priests" being saved.
Paul was one of the Jews who at first resisted and then was saved.
After the destruction of the Temple in 70 A.D., multitudes of Jews were saved.
