GaBard, It looks like it will take a court to help get the truth out to all of us. I wasn't taking sides between you and Bender, but both make some good points for the rest of us to ponder. I understand the stop transfers, but don't see how they alone are the means to the end here in getting to the bottom of this. Also, you posted some time ago that the SEC was notified per the news release. Is that the case? Or has Midland made some type of formal notification other than the stop transfers? andrea
