Sorry for the misunderstanding. Agree it's not good to hold a short position overnight as too much can happen. For some reason, I really don't know why, I got the feeling to buy a small position (100 shares) in MSPG. You can imagine my surprise when I saw they announced a 3:1 split the NEXT day. By far my luckiest timing yet. Will hold through the distribution as it will probably rise again afterwards. I can see MSPG getting bought out. Gary
