Since I have been invested in this company for two years I have a gut feel of how they operate. I've never seen so much bickering and BS in my life even on this board. One problem PKGP has always had is vagueness in their news releases. I suggest you go back in the last three years and read their releases. There were releases making it seem like they had acquired Skynet(intenational), Vallerie and a corrugated orders for $7 million among others. As the facts came up none of these things happened. Their recent news contains the same vagueness... no names, phone numbers or shares in regard to the debentures. People wake up. Make some calls and then draw your OWN conclusions. As far as 100,000,000 shares being outstanding this has been reported on Yahoo. So far in my brief investigation it might be
possible to do this by the bylaws in their charter. I am not confirming this at this time. More DD is necessary. Remember all of you were screaming no way when I said on other boards that there were over 35 million shares outstanding and most of you were swearing to 5 million. My gut says there will be no short squeeze. These are rare at best. It's you money on the line so do your own research. If you blindly invest and you lose out then it's your own fault. I still have a bridge for sale that you might want. This is not a TEAM sport although I have become friendly with several posters from the old Yahoo days and enjoy corresponding with them. It's your hard earned money on the line. Do the DD starting Monday and demand details not generalities.
