Tobacco use is voluntary. Being targeted by nuclear missiles is not.

The above statement is so smooth. Are you a business lawyer? May be you forget how business is done. If you do not have a willing seller, where do you find the voluntary buyer? Why do you think people will buy tobacco products if the tobacco companies do not provide mass-marketing schemes to attract people to smoke. Can you say that the tobacco companies will put out a big sign on the pack "This tobacco will kill you and whoever has contact with you". People will still voluntarily purchase tobacco products? How about telling people voluntarily get AIDS while having voluntary sex?

The same analogy to Chinese missiles stuffs. I do not belive the Chinese is the one who targeted missiles to US first. Who invented this nuclear missiles stuffs? The Chinese? If US do not target China first, why do you think China now have to target us back?

Use your lawyer logic please. You should be ashamed of yourself for spewing such $$$self-serving$$$ sophistry.

Your name calling skill do not serve well here because the reverse is true applies to you. Plus, you still provide no facts as a lawyer. No facts no lawyer in your world right? You must have known just the media reports does not mean facts.
