I agree. I really have wanted to go with Cyber, but things keep happening that put me off. First, there was this public argument between the President and a customer and now these commission fees which are totally unacceptable.
There is this theory that startup companies do real well (under their initial leadership) because of the ambitious nature of startups. However, those who start companies rarely are the ones capable of running the company once it is beyond the startup mode. I think that is what we're seeing here. I mean develop a new website, with a new version of your software, which makes it one of the best in the industry and instead of making your fees competitive and blowing away the competition, you raise your fees and drive everyone away! The would be a classic case study for Harvard Business Review.
BTW, the ISLD (DATK) is $1.50 a ticket, but the ECN (ISLD) is $15.00 per 1,000, according to the new web. If these prices are incorrect, somebody ought to hop on there pronto and change it!
