(1)institutional ownership is now about 6.5% down from about 10% in Jan (2) the 14A includes 10 mil new common shares, 5 mil new preferred and 2 mil right now for the andrea insiders. this will dilute existing 11 mil shares (not counting lamar) by about 60% (ie each current share will be worth about 0.4 after dilution). even the yahoo andrea thread folks are outraged by this move--- this 14A is a must read for longs and shorts am away most of another week
