Ditchdigger, right now they are eating through cash and the few millions per year they get from oil and gas sales does not even cover a portion of their overhead. Apart of that they have other massive debt some of which is not convertible but will need to be paid. Last, this option applies only to the preferred shares (about $15 MM worth) but not, to my knowledge to the $35 MM convertible.
