Gegarding MSFT's valuation, there are lots of posts explaining why MSFT is still a good long candidate at current price.

However, I do want to point out that the current first call on the EPS of MSFT for this year and next year are 1.74, and 2.09. This gives the issue a 20%+ growth rate for next year. And looking back at the the earning history of MSFT, I bet that the company will easily top 2.15-2.20 next year. If they report their unrecongnized revenues, their earning can well be above 3.50 for next year. If that's the case, MSFT looks pretty cheap to me.
