Hi Dave! I think that until all or any suspicion of wrong doing has been cleared up(which suggests that this investigation has not been
finalized), that might affect the share structure or ownership NPA will not be allowed to trade. In Ontario if you check the TSE website you can read up on the changes coming for exploration companies in regards to reporting of information and the VSE being a junior board it would be expected that they may want to follow the lead. There is at present no national securities commission in Canada and there might also be a jurisdiction problem for national police force dealing with individual provinces. I understood quite some time ago that this company was cleared to trade by the VSE but it was the company holding things back. We seem to be getting conflicting reports from both sides ; the
company and the regulators.
