The defendant's name in the Milberg suit is Daniel Marquis. There have been representations made on this thread that Dr. Maisels had no vested interest in promoting CCSI. If you check the post I am responding to you will find that you posted the release where the company admitted paying Dr. Maisels for his opinion. Evidently you were aware of this, but kept it quiet because it did not fit your agenda in promoting this stock. I would be surprised if the Dr. Maisels terms were not similar to Dr. Holzman's package. We know Dr. Holzman has 75000 options to buy CCSI. I hope to have the pleadings scanned in and ready to be posted by Monday or Tuesday. Barb
