Since I see no filings for ICVI/MTEI (add in the rest of the predecessors companies as well) with the SEC, I suppose that there are no 504's, at least none that have been disclosed or filed.

As to who "we" is perhaps I misspeak for what I believed to be the accepted speculation that John Christensen still retains several million shares. I have no knowledge one way or the other how many shares he had or still has. This is one of the frustrations of looking at non-filing companies. Hopefully we will close these loopholes in the law that allow for the kind of filing avoidance that MTEI practices. Not to single out MTREI by any means. There are a number of BB stocks that seem to take advantage of not filing.

The problem with filing of course is that the numbers are no longer speculation. They can no longer be massaged or finessed to be whatever suits the purposes of those wanting to drive the stock price higher or lower. But voluntary filing is always there for any company that chooses. MTEI to date just hasn't chosen to.
