The problem with filing of course is that the numbers are no longer speculation. They can no longer be massaged or finessed to be whatever suits the purposes of those wanting to drive the stock price higher or lower. But voluntary filing is always there for any company that chooses. MTEI to date just hasn't chosen to. How long has MTEI been public, under their new symbol? Did you expect them to FedEX the filing the day they went public under the new symbol? Or perhaps do you think it would be best to get everything in line before filing with the SEC? There is a lot more juice to put into a filing and it's coming soon to an edgar near you. Cliff
