Catfish are great! Except they are a pain to clean, so I could complain about that. But after you get them cleaned, they are great! I dip mine in batter, and fry them until they get to a crispy brown, then eat them with tarter sauce! Yummy! :-) Binder P.S. - If you want to go to the concert, I will watch your fish for you. ;-)
