Bo, Here is my understanding of the short position. This is based on conversations with Mike Skerry (PR for Bay Financial). I have NO way of validating it: Back in October, Rhombic was trying to arrange longer term financing. Supposedly the deal involved stock. The New York investment bankers tried to get a better deal by selling shares short, thereby knocking down the price so they could get more shares for their money... Rhombic found out about it and pulled out of the deal, supposedly this resulted in a significant short position being taken by the investment bankers (kind of a vengence thing...I guess). Again, this is based on conversations with Mike Skerry. However, these guys are trying to rollout a company. They need money to do it, so they will tend to exaggerate things to keep investors invested...they do need to be careful how they accomplish that (credibility is important)...By the way, Mike Skeery left a phone message today asking me to call because he has a "news update". I'll share what I find. I know nothing of the certs being called...hopefully, someone else does. SR
