Andrea makes them. IMO, the one supplied with the software is a basic model which most users will eventually want to upgrade, and if you use a laptop, you'll have to upgrade. I don't follow Andrea real closely, but I think they are coming out with new models which should reduce the error rate for speech recognition. Jeff, are you out there to confirm?
