Zeev, They did adopt a shareholders rights plan a month before the $15M financing, for what little that will help. It only kicks in after any acquirer gets more than 15% of the stock of the company: dljdirect.com I also believe the shareholders just approved an increase in the authorized number of shares to 225M, at least it was on the agenda: sec.gov Alex
