Everyone really has to go back and read the thread here. These questions have been answered quite a few times. The shares that were cancelled were restricted shares. Tilton was able to cancel them, because the people holding the stock did not come through with agreed upon conditions.

To cancel free trading shares takes much more work. It is possible, but usually a buyback happens.

As far as the loss per share? HUH? First, numbers havn't been released, and most of us are of the opinion that the second quarter results will be positive.

Having said that, less shares means less shares to divide a profit (or loss) into. So the number per share will be higher.

Tilton still has roughly 4 million more on the choping block.

May I request that everyone order their investor package.
May I request that everyone visit and read the web site

tnrg.com

I would also recommend that everyone read the last three months of posts on this thread.
