- via letter of intent with the White Knight Group of Abu Dhabi committing the parties to the establishment of a joint venture company named Digitcom-UAE to extend the Digitcom Network in the Middle East using the company's Internet Protocol voice and data communications products along with traditional long distance services.
Potsdam, Germany
Digitcom received preliminary approval by Germany's Brandenburg government of an initial $25 Million (U.S.) package of financing to establish an Internet Protocol telephony network in that country to be headquartered in Potsdam.
Jakarta, Indonesia - via acquisition of PT. Erakomindo Puranusa
Erakomindo Puranusa owns telephone central office switching facilities and networks of 35,000 lines and 25,000 lines in the capital city.
North Sydney, Australia

Germany, France, Poland, Ireland, and other Central and Eastern European countries - via agreement with Louis International Telecommunications & Equipment
Terms of the agreement commit Louis International to bring $1 Million per month or more in traffic to Digitcom's U.S. telephone switching facility within 90 days of signing. - date is approaching rapidly so we should see some news about this.
Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Vancouver, Canada
- via the acquisition of JD International of Laguna Hills, CA
International long distance traffic between Hong Kong, Taipei, and North America presently runs to 700,000 minutes per month.
Rostov-on-Don, Russia - via Elektrosvyaz of Rostov
Elektrosvyaz serves a region of 4.5 million people with telephone services, and is an international telecommunications gateway to Italy, Turkey, Ukraine and southern Russia. The company generated $100 Million in revenues in 1996.
Jakarta, Indonesia - via Citra Swara Adidya
CSA-Digitcom is located at the Hotel Mulia Senayan, Business Center, Suite 8, Jl. Asia Afrika, Senayan, Jakarta 10270, Indonesia. The offices may be called at +62-21-251 1848.
