Dear Gary: Yes a long time ago, when a hand shake was a man's BOND. "I would be true for there are those who trust in me" Pity the man who cannot recognize when he breaks his word. Legally, and quite properly and necessary, THE RUBBER MEETS THE CONTRACT, THUS REDUCING FUTURE QUESTIONS. Coming from a family of lawyers, THE CONTRACT/AGREEMENT KEEPS ONE FROM BEING "RUN OVER", EVEN THE MODERN RADIAL TIRES CAN CAUSE PAIN. Best, Marshall W.
