It is entirely possible that Sippl wanted to start a new company where he could be CEO. After his positions and IFMX and VNTV, it is not unreasonable to believe that he was not interested in being #2. I agree that this announcement could have been better timed.

I still believe that this is a three quarter story. If you take out the cash and the value of the building(120 million), INPR is trading at a compelling valuation if they can grow their enterprise sales. This is an execution story. The proof will be in quarterly revenues, and the % increase in consulting and enterprise sales.

Time will tell, but I believe in Corba, and the integrated product offerings that INPR is offering. With their application server, I believe that there is tremendous upside to this story. For now, there is not much visibility on these operations so I understand why an investor would want to stay on the sidelines or at least be cautious.
