Greetings John
From talking to Holland at the vse and Liem at the co i get the
impression that the vse is stalling.The co has been requesting a
meeting with holland for a month no date set etc.A possibility is that
there has been misconduct within the vse and niether the bcsc or the
vse wants this to become public thus further undermining the
credibi;ity of the exchange.There solution is to try to let the matter
disappear with the co and not make public any of the misconduct.It
may be that if the vse reinstated npa this misconduct would then
be a matter of public record without a report there is no trail
if the co requests a delisting then there is no need for a report.If
the co is reinstated then there would have to be a report to justify the halt.We as shareholders are the only ones who are able to bring
this out in the open by starting a class action suit against the
vse thus forcing them to produce all there findings or be in contempt
of court.As i have suggested an add in the northern miner looking
for support may be a good starting point.All it would take is for 20- of us to contribute $20 (14 us) (100 shares at the halt) to begin
this and in doing so give formal notice to the bcsc and vse that we
are not just blowing smoke up there ass
