A lawsuit is always a problem, but sometimes it could be a gain for the shareholders too.
Do you know how much is the off shore debenture?
We could have any idea about the number of shares converted and about when it will finish selling.

Personally I think that the news about the 2nd quarter could push up the stock price over 2$.
We will see. 15/20 days...
