If they file, the people who really count officers and directors will lose the least as may be able to continue managing. The lawyers will get huge fees. Creditors get screwed. But principally shareholders get screwed.

Best u can hope for is a share in the new or reorganized company. Might not even get that. At best case, there will be HUGE dilution as creditors and bond holders become shareholders.

Give all that, the stock is probably a good crap shoot at under a buck.
