Ken,

Arizone Tea Company is privately owned....here's what I came up with...

hoovers.com
. childrensbeverage.com
biz.yahoo.com

The brand is owned by Ferolito, Vultaggio & Sons, which began as a New York beer distributor. In 1992, it launched into the soft drink market with its distinctive southwestern-style cans. That 700,000-case launch in 1992 boomed into a 20-million-case business in less than two years.

At nearly half-a-billion dollars in sales last year, the Arizona brand ranks third behind Lipton and Snapple in the ready-to-drink tea market. Lemonades, punch drinks, colas and other beverages also sold under the brand give it the nation's third largest share of the supermarket beverage business.
