Here are some questions then. Based on a 3 year contract signed in late '95 it would appear that about 40% of 1997 sales were the pregnancy test. Including the pregnancy test, a breakdown by revenues of the 5 largest selling products in fiscal 1997, the gross margins on each product line and the total estimated size of the testing market for each product line. If there is any break down of sales by country that would also be helpful. As I said I owned this in the past. These are very standard questions that are asked of and revealed by almost all public companies. And as many of their products seem to have been acquired from others it would seem that sales volume information should not be a state secret. Increased information should lead to higher valuation.
