I really don't protest too much. As I look out over the global landscape and try to figure out what's happening and where it's headed my brain short circuits over the political, cultural and financial complexity of it all. Which is why I appreciate threads like this one. There are a lot of thoughtful people with some very valuable thoughts roaming around here.
