That is correct...So...for all intents and purposes...You can't short, (not is it legal), but your broker, ie: (most) (all) that I know won't allow the shorting of pennies........Most brokers set $5 as the low for a marginable stock, which would allow you to short it if you desired...As far as Gary goes, again, a simple case of the inability to read English....News, I was a few days off...I ALSO indicated last week, I thought it may be delayed....JV...Well, if you READ the release, you will see, that for the FIRST time NTAH has CONFIMED negotiations with a JV partner for MATAGORDA, that is what I was referring to.....NOT PAMCO, which is OLD news, and just needed confirmation of finalization of the deal....I have no intention of getting involved in a flame war with ANY of the juveniles here..As far as SYD, I lost $$ yes......Did YOU ever lose $$....Nobody is perfect in this game pal...We are in a high risk, high reward game.....I like to think I learn a few things everyday, but I bow to you, apparently, the man who knows it all..I do think you should brush up on your communications, It seems your vocabulary is rather stunted...I'm an...AHOLE?, come on pal, get a life...Peace |
