I was gone for 3 days, so the Lair issue may have been beaten to death already.

However, note that ESVS filings on March 9 identify both Lair and Mincheff as new members of ESVS board. Common sense suggets they were approached and involved prior to that time, as part of initial NetVest effort to build management team for NETZ and ESVS.
