One more opinion from R. J. Howard Investment Corporation: News from Rhombic Corp. (NUKE) June 27, 1998 - Rhombic Corp. (NUKE) - Response to the public on the Stock Detective's "Making of a Meltdown" article dated June 22, 1998. John Sved, Project Manager for Daimler Benz's Fusion Star program (re: the new trademark name for the I.E.C. unit) was in North America May 1998, canvassing for orders of the I.E.C. unit and came away with very favorable results. Daimler-Benz has the world rights for producing and marketing the I.E.C unit while Rhombic Corp and Daimler-Benz have joint rights in North America. This means that if Daimler-Benz sells I.E.C. units in North America they pay the previously released 3.2% commission to Rhombic Corp. (through their wholly owned subsidiary Rockford Technology Associates) and any units that Rhombic Corp. sells independent of Daimler-Benz will be at full rights to Rhombic Corp. Daimler-Benz is now in production at their factory in Trauen, Germany to deliver such units and has hired a sales and marketing team led by Manfred Frey of M.F. Physics out of Colorado Springs. When I spoke to John Parkinson, of the Ernst and Young Consulting Group at Los Colinas, Texas, in regard to his quotation in the Stock Detective article, he stated, "Ernst and Young will not be making any recommendations to buy, sell or short Rhombic stock." Mr. Parkinson further stated (on the information given to him) that he thought the I.E.C. unit was a good unit for what it is designed for and that the Diamond Diffusion and Nuclear Battery are in an infancy stage. I agree with his assumption, except that the Diamond Diffusion Plant at Columbia, Missouri will be ready to open late in July 1998. The Nuclear Battery produces energy from the breakdown of unstable isotopes and a number of basic elements such as Krypton, Strontium and Caesium. The creation of a Nuclear Battery that is stable and has the ability to contain the electrical power stored is possible due to the diamond doping which will be used in the casing. This presents a longer lasting and a much safer battery than the plutonium batteries now in use. Dr. Heinrich Hora and Dr. Mark Prelas are the scientists who are developing the Nuclear Battery which is admittedly a good five years away from being a revenue producer. If the diamond fusion technology is of no use, why then have two major computer companies expressed great interest in the product? Also, why have three other companies expressed interest in the diamond film? In "Making of a Meltdown", they stated that they do not know when the Active Engine will be ready or for what price. Due diligence would have told them it will be ready for sale in November 1998 for the price of $49.95. The Active Engine will be marketed throughout the world via the Internet and through retail outlets. Extensive product research has already been done. This software will save time and money for corporations and individuals by providing them with a positive market entry and reduction in stress (for more information check out the Rhombic web site at: rhombic.com). A very esteemed member of the Rhombic team is Dr. George Miley, who was named "Scientist of the Year for 1996", and is also one of the leading experts in the world on Fusion Technology. I would suggest that you read "Neutrons for Sale" in the December 1997 issue of New Scientist. This article alone will explain the future direction of the FusionStar I.E.C. Technology being developed at Daimler-Benz Aerospace. Dr. Miley is also recognized as one of the pioneers of nuclear pumped laser research. For more information about Dr. Miley's web site contact the Rhombic office at (604) 683-4864. Another article that bears reading can be found on the Silicon Investor site under Rhombic Corp. (NUKE) at www2.techstocks.com. For those of you who don't have access to the replies check out post # 472 on the NUKE page. One last point. I would like to address the unprofessional attack in the Stock Detective article in regard to Rhombic Corp., it's location, personnel and technology. I consult for these people and find them all to be first class. The office may be in Vancouver, but this is irrelevant. Disneyland is on the outskirts of Los Angeles, does this taint Disneyland? Rhombic is on the OTC:BB an American exchange. Rhombic's accountant is in Phoenix, Arizona; their transfer agent is in Reno, Nevada; and their legal and security counsel is in Costa Mesa, California. Consultants: Dr. Mark Prelas is at the University of Missouri (Forced Diamond Diffusion Technology, Nuclear Battery) and Dr. Heinrich Hora (Nuclear Battery) is Professor of Theoretical Physics at the University of New South Wales, Australia. Dr. Hora is an expert in laser plasma interaction and particle beam for fusion. These people are definitely not the type to discredit their reputation with outrageous claims and dubious technology, as their reputations are all important. As mentioned above, the Rhombic legal representatives, their accounting professionals, and the transfer agent are all located in the U.S.A. Perhaps people have found Nirvana with Stock Detective. It's possible. I suggest you read from the Random House College Dictionary Revised Edition: "literary or artistic material of poor or inferior quality, to hinder, retard, restrain; i.e. trash." Although it is true that there are 3.6 million shares in the Rhombic (NUKE) float, there have been numerous shareholders registering their shares and taking delivery. It is my suggestion that all shareholders who believe in this stock do the same. This will create a much tighter stock and hamper the shorters who are trying so hard to suppress the stock.
