All of this talk of 100,000,000 shares is nothing but BS. This RUMOR was started on the Yahoo thread by RobertaPhAz in response to me saying that he/she talked to RA and that he(RA) said that the Debenture Holder was paid off with more shares but as the PR states, part of the $4,000,000 was used to payoff(with money not shares) the Debenture Holder as was clarified better in the second PR. I also spoke with ICC on this and was told that there was no way that RA would have stated this to anyone. If RA stated anything, he would have stated that "yes, if we DO NOT get financing, then there could be as many as 95-100 million shares outstanding in order to payoff the Debenture Holder". As you can plainly see, PKGP did get financing, which was used in part to PAYOFF the Debenture in its entirety!!
1. ICC stated early on that they were still in the DD stage and that they weren't sure the exact share tally. However, more recently ICC has stated repeatedly that the share tally is EXACTLY what the last 10Q states.
2. I too spoke with ICC as recently as Wednesday, first, I spoke with Tom Bostic who was too busy and directed me to Barry, who was also very pleasant and helpful. I also was given no indication that ICC was no longer going to represent PKGP (not saying that it is not impossible, just improbable until we see some clarification from ICC or PKGP)
As for me I'm only thinking of increasing my position at this time, and unless something horrific comes from ICC OR PKGP ITSELF, I will not consider selling until I see PKGP's plan further defined (acquisition of Skynet (based on my DD I feel this will happen by July 17th along with 2-3 other PRs (new name, definition of warrants, and possible letter of intent for another acquisition(JMHO))).
