Permits have always been a pain in the butt since they were ever thought up. I would not anticipate permitting to be a problem and would expect any necessary permits to have been in place for quite awhile now since GPGI has been performing this work for many years now on a R&D basis. Of course I know what a stickler you are for permits so let me know what you find out when you find it out. I would hope that GPGI management would want to do everything properly and legally as I am sure that they have been.
